Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Finance & Office Administrator to join an established business based in Coleraine.
About the role:
* Monday to Friday
* Permanent role
What you will be doing in this role:
* Manage all supplier invoices and payments efficiently.
* Oversee all sales invoicing, credit control, and maintain accurate pricing information.
* Process all banking transactions accurately and perform regular reconciliations.
* Assist with weekly payroll duties and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
* Conduct internal financial analysis and provide reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
* Handle quarterly VAT returns, EC sales, customs declarations for imported goods, and annual business surveys.
* Support office operations including telephones, filing, processing customer orders, and liaising with transport companies.
What you'll need for this role:
* IATI Level 4/ fully qualified or equivalent
* At least two years of relevant industry experience
* Proficiency in Sage Line 50, Sage One, Sage Payroll, Microsoft Excel, and other MS Office applications
* Strong IT skills and ability to adapt in a growing company
