Responsibilities
* Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the Business Unit
* Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across the Business Unit.
* Arrange all Contract Review Meetings throughout the year for all Contract Managers
* Completion of Business Unit Review Pack each month ahead of Business Unit Review.
* Management of all QHSE online reporting (e.g. Hazards, SMOW, Audits etc.)
* Fleet management for BU, including: liaison with Lex Autolease for servicing and MOT dates, vehicle lease renewals and extensions, short-term hire agreements (EuropCar), fuel card maintenance, accident reporting, documentation relating to repairs and liaison with Vehicle Operators Bureau regarding the Coach and Minibus license.
* Ordering of the accounts IT equipment and updating the asset register with each new purchase.
* Management of the Debt reporting.
* Working with operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
* Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate.
