Rail Trainer / Assessor
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
In addition to the basic salary we also offer a company car or car allowance

Due to the location of this role and the commuting we feel that the candidates should be based in the following areas; Peterborough, Norwich, Ipswich, Chelmsford, Bedford or Cambridge, ideally within 1 hour commute from HMP Highpoint South.

We are looking for trainers in experience in sentinel safety critical training; PTS, DCCR, OLEC1, SMALL PLANT, TIC OR experience in delivering NVQ and apprenticeship delivery.
You will also need to feel comfortable with delivering the training inside the prison environment.
The successful candidate will receive all appropriate training and induction to ensure that they are supported and confident
in their new role.

About The Role
As a Trainer you will provide induction, initial assessment, and advice and guidance to all learners enrolled on any Intertrain (UK) Ltd training courses and programmes. You will assess learners' progress and maintain accurate records of assessments of learning carried out, learner journey, achievement and feedback provided.

About You

* You must have a Level 3 training and development qualification or equivalent.
* NSAR Assured Trainer/Assessor
* Team player, motivated and able to inspire the learner journey.
