As a Repairs Manager, you will be:
* Taking operational control of the repairs team, ensuring the effective delivery of the responsive repairs service.
* Overseeing damp and mould cases, disrepair, and more complex repairs through to successful resolution.
* Assisting with the delivery of void works across the housing stock.
* Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety (HSE) policies and procedures.
* Managing and monitoring budgets of up to £4 million, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
* Effectively managing sub-contractors and in-house teams to ensure all works are completed to agreed standards and timescales.
* Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
