Job Description
* Support the daily operations, being hands‑on during service.
* Resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
* Ensure all team members deliver a great guest experience, whilst upselling where possible.
* Retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings.
* Seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
* Support and lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity and encouraging their development.
* Maintain accurate records of health and safety, food safety and orders.
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Attend all training and development courses as requested.
* Represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing a food and beverage service.
* Barista experience (advantageous).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Positive can‑do attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs.
* Highly developed attention to detail and record‑keeping.
* Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience.
* Great team player.
* Leads by example and takes initiative.
