Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer seeking a new and exciting opportunity? We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join our team on a commercial council contract covering Guildford, Basingstoke, and Reading - with no London work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
3. Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
5. Collaborating with the maintenance team to achieve operational goals
6. Providing on-call support on a rotational basis (1 in 4)
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
2. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication skills
