Our pharmacies offer a range of frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care. You will need to provide both NHS and Private services, possess excellent communication skills, and be empathetic. Safety is paramount; strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team to bring out the best in others are key for this role.
A typical day as a Pharmacist involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and providing excellent service to all patients. You will conduct contractual and enhanced services following company SOPs and GPhC guidelines and standards.
You will report directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the delivery of agreed KRAs, review performance, and engage with colleagues for continuous improvement.
With access to in-store, regional, and home office teams, you are fully supported in clinical and service aspects. Regular feedback, business updates, and opportunities for further accreditations funded by Asda will be provided.
