Welders Newport (NP19) | £12.68 per hour | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Temporary to Ongoing Contract Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Welders of all levels for an immediate start at a busy manufacturing site in Newport (NP19). This is an excellent opportunity for skilled or entry-level welders seeking consistent work with potential for long-term employment. A weld test will be conducted prior to starting. Key Duties: Perform welding tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work to production schedules and maintain quality standards. Follow all health and safety procedures on site. Carry out basic maintenance and upkeep of welding equipment. Assist with general production duties as required. Requirements: All levels of welding experience considered. Must be able to pass a weld test prior to starting. Good attention to detail and ability to work to specifications. Strong awareness of health and safety in a manufacturing setting. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 6am - 2:30pm. (Includes 30-minute unpaid lunch and a 15-minute paid morning break). Friday: 6am - 1pm. (Includes a 20-minute paid break). Overtime may be required depending on business needs. What We Offer: £12.68 per hour pay rate. Immediate start available.
