Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Director to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
* Develop and execute a commercial strategy to increase sales and market share.
* Optimise pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
* Expand the company's market presence through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
* Lead and oversee the referrals/occupancy teams alongside the new developments team to achieve target of 95%+ occupancy.
* Manage commercial budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality and profitability.
* Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and risk mitigation.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Align marketing initiatives with commercial goals to enhance brand presence.
* Build, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial team.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration to align commercial goals with the company's overall strategy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/master's degree in business, finance, or related field.
* Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in Social Care or a related sector.
* Proven track record of driving growth and expansion.
* Strong experience in sales, business development, and contract negotiation.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
* Adaptability in a fast-paced, competitive business environment
