Our most successful Kitchen Designers come from a variety of different sectors and backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common: delivering an exceptional ‘Customer Experience’ for both Trade Customers and Homeowners.
Having a Full UK Drivers License and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to travel locally. (If you are close to taking your test, please still apply.)
Hours - Monday - Friday 7.30am-5.00pm and Saturday’s 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays).

What experience do you need?
* No previous industry experience required; transferable skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for sales are key.
* Methodical, tenacious, and meticulous in planning.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse individuals.
* Friendly, outgoing, driven, and a self-starter who enjoys teamwork.
What will I be doing?
* Building strong relationships with Traders and Homeowners, providing excellent customer service.
* Producing accurate plans and quotes, understanding customer projects, and creating their ‘perfect’ kitchen.
* Using CAD to design and secure sales, asking insightful questions, and working closely with external Sales Reps.
* Visiting customers’ homes or sites to draw up designs and present them.
* Ensuring safety policies are followed to keep colleagues and customers safe.
