The Opportunity and Scope:
The BDM will be a proven B2B hunter responsible for driving growth at a fast-scaling technology company. The company has a significant customer base (30,000+) and a large workforce (1,000+ employees)
The core responsibility is to own a protected territory 666, selling the complete technology stack, which includes Telecoms, IT, Cyber Security, and Mobile solutions, to SME and mid-market businesses7. This requires consultative selling to build lasting partnerships, rather than simple order-taking.
What Success Looks Like: 360 Sales Ownership
This role involves true 360 sales ownership, controlling the entire customer journey.
* Prospecting
* Researching the assigned territory
* Executing outbound campaigns (cold calling, LinkedIn, email)
* Turning cold prospects into warm opportunities
* Consultative Selling
* Running discovery calls and face-to-face meetings
* Presenting tailored solutions that solve real business challenges
* Navigating complex B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Handling objections and negotiating contracts
* Closing deals through value creation
* Cross-selling and upselling the client base
* Generating referrals
* Building long-term strategic partnerships
The ideal candidate will be someone who:
