This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team working on a wide range of complex UK and international transaction s for owner-managed businesses, corporates, and private equity clients.
You will play a key role on both buy-side and sell-side projects, gaining exposure to high-value deal activity within a collaborative and supportive environment.

About
* You2+ years’ experience (Assistant Manager) or 4+ years’ experience (Manager) in a corporate tax

* lentKeen interest in developing expertise in M&A and cross-border transact
