FLOOR MANAGER

Location: 50 Dover Street, London, W1S 4NY
Salary: £50,400 + tips + tronc surplus
As Floor Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire the front of house team (waiters, commis waiters, runners) to deliver exceptional guest service in line with Gaia standards.
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional delivery at all times.
Act as a key point of contact for guests, creating memorable interactions and ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
Support with staff training, development, and motivation, ensuring high performance across the team.
Step in to run a section as Head Waiter when required, leading by example.
Take ownership of service preparation, briefings, and handovers, ensuring standards are consistently met.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, service reports, and rota scheduling.
Play an active role in weekly management meetings, training initiatives, and continuous improvement.
To succeed as a Floor Manager, youll need to be:
