This major insurance group are looking for their next Senior Claims Handler to join their Scottish claims team.
Here you'll still be hands on with case work, but you'll play that mentoring role, helping shape the future of your teammates.
Day to day you'll be involved in commercial claims handling for all types of SME and larger corporate clients.
That means working with commercial property, liability, some motor and specialist case types.
And with all that experience behind you, we'll be looking for you to conduct a bit of key client work here - taking over some of the key accounts and getting involved on more of the complex cases requiring a bit of TLC.
But up and above all that claims work, you'll play that mentoring role. Coaching, technical training, L&D and setting objectives for your team to work to.
