Overview
Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Advisors? As the world's leading off-price clothing and homeware retailer, TJX Europe focuses on keeping customers, associates and assets safe. You will work in Loss Prevention, delivering investigations, analysis, and feedback to help protect product and assets, with a focus on effective conflict resolution, coaching, validation, influence and support. This role involves a balance of customer-facing activity and behind-the-scenes work in our stores.
We will educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices within our stores. The role requires you to handle external theft situations professionally and safely, and be self-driven, engaging, resilient and focused to make a difference. Training will be provided to help you become your best in this role.

Responsibilities
* Deliver on the Loss Prevention agenda to protect customers, associates and assets through investigations, analysis, and feedback.
* Collaborate with store teams to achieve effective conflict resolution and maintain loss awareness as a top priority.
* Educate and coach store associates on Loss Prevention practices.
* Handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
* Balance customer-facing activity with behind-the-scenes work to carry out the role effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in dealing with Shrink and Crime Resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential.
* Self-driven, engaging, resilient, and focused with a solution-oriented approach.
Training and Development
We will provide the necessary technical training to perform in this role and an in-depth start-of-role training programme.
