Overview
The Role: An Assistant Manager is the go-to person in the store on shift. You will inspire colleagues to deliver the best customer experience and help overcome issues you encounter. You may support multiple functions across the store, such as helping someone plan their dream bathroom one minute and assisting with deliveries the next, while ensuring everyone remains safe.
Responsibilities
* Be the on-shift leader who drives customer service and helps the team resolve issues quickly.
* Support multiple store functions, from customer assistance to handling deliveries, while maintaining safety and compliance.
About You
* Experience running the show in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Highly organized with a passion for delivering excellent service and for inspiring and leading a team.
