Experience & Key Skills Clear and effective communication skills for conveying delivery information, addressing customer inquiries, and providing updates on delivery status. Maintaining a professional demeanour throughout interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders Presenting oneself neatly and adhering to company dress code policies. Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional service and striving to exceed customer expectations. Effective time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines. This role is hands on, it involves heavy lifting/ handling and is full of variety. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable to carry out this nature of work.
