Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in London for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Salesperson will handle property sales and actively assist buyers and sellers by providing guidance and expertise throughout the real estate process. Responsibilities include evaluating market trends, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, preparing and negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets in alignment with company goals. You Eat What You Fish, If you build a strong pipeline within your first month you will be golden.
Qualifications
* Possess a love for property and real estate.
* Experience with real estate preferred but not a must
* Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Proficiency in sales and Cold Calls
* A good understanding of the London real estate market is a plus
