Junior IT Support Engineer (1st Line)
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

This role will give you the chance to build your skills across a wide range of technologies while supporting small and medium-sized businesses within about 25 miles of St Ives. Youll be part of a supportive team where you can learn, develop, and take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.
What youll be doing
1. Providing 1st line technical support over the phone and via remote access tools
2. Helping investigate basic hardware, software, and malware issues
3. Keeping clear and accurate notes and documentation
4. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
