Key Responsibilities Role Overview Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has been appointed as a delivery partner for a major UK development programme, currently operating under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The programme includes infrastructure, vertical development and complex design and construction interfaces. RLB’s commission spans four core functions as listed below: Employer’s Agent / Project Manager - Client’s lead project representative Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant - Leads cost and commercial management Technical Services - Provides technical governance and assurance Project Superintendent - Client’s on‑site construction representative RLB’s approach is to be an extension of the Client’s team with collaboration at the heart of it. We are seeking a BIM / Information Management Coordinator to support this project. The successful individual will ensure information management, BIM compliance, and the “golden thread” of data across the programme. Role Responsibilities Ensure information management, BIM compliance, and the “golden thread” of data across the programme Manage BIM / IM compliance in line with ISO 19650 Coordinate use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Ensure metadata, naming, version control, and approvals are followed Support clash detection, federated models, and data integration Interface with PMO, Document Control, and Technical Service Candidate Profile Qualifications Relevant Degree in a built environment or digital discipline or significant experience supported by vocational qualifications. Experience BIM / Information Management role on large construction programmes Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE workflows Experience with ACC, data standards, and structured reporting Behaviours Recognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors. Recognised as a team player with a strong willingness to learn. Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
