Our Bookings team is a small but mighty team. They are the heart of our business, kicking off the customer experience from the first interaction with us. Our team strives to be impactful, collaborative and customer centric and we are always looking for people who live and breathe these values.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing customer experience; this is from initial enquiry to the viewing booked
* Delivering a great experience across all communication channels; this will include calls, WhatsApps and emails with our customers
* Cross sell properties that better meet renter needs, pulling the customer needs to the front
* Collaborate with the B2B Sales team, ensuring targets are met and landlord expectations are exceeded.
* Work with wider Home Made business to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience during each interaction.
* Upskill on new site launches quickly and efficiently to ensure immediate impact.
* Problem-solving when issues arise and escalating where necessary so customer queries can be resolved promptly.
* Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.
About you:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
* Exceptional Communication:You excel at cultivating meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Tech-Savvy and Curious: You enjoy staying ahead of industry trends and technologies. You are confident in using CRM systems and comfortable with various communication platforms.
* Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a keen eye for detail.
The Package:
* Salary: £25,400 - £35,000 (inc. Commission)
* Office location: Southwark, London (Office Based)
