We currently have an opportunity for a General Catering Assistant (experience not essential)
It is a small prep school in Sevenoaks.
Basic food prep knowledge would be desirable.

Job Description
As a General Catering Assistant, you will…
* Assist in preparing and serving lunch, snacks, and sandwiches for after-school care, following established menus and recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils.
* Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure safety and prevent contamination.
* Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
* Provide friendly, efficient service to students and staff, addressing dietary needs and concerns.
* Participate in training sessions on food service procedures, safety, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Education catering is preferred but not essential.
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
* Flexible, customer-focused, and proactive attitude.
* Enthusiastic and fun personality.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
* Flexible approach to work.
