Residential Childcare Worker – Senior Level Location: Taunton We are seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Childcare Workers to join a well-established organisation providing residential care for children and young people aged 8 to 18 with emotional, behavioural, and complex needs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic care in a safe, nurturing environment, promoting positive outcomes, and supporting young people's development. About the Role As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the residential care team. You will supervise and support a small team of Residential Childcare Workers, ensuring the delivery of personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person. You will work directly with young people, supporting them to achieve positive progress and develop independence skills. Regular participation in child-centred meetings with the clinical team and support for the Registered Manager are key aspects of this role.
