Key Responsibilities
* Lead the customer development process to win new business and cultivate long‑term partnerships.
* Manage customer expectations across the full value stream, navigating scope, budget, quality and risk.
* Drive projects toward successful financial execution, accurately projecting revenue and opportunities.
* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product introduction into Plexus Manufacturing Solutions sites.
* Mentor emerging leaders and foster a culture of growth and excellence.
* Identify strategic work‑sharing opportunities to balance local project needs with our global team capabilities.
* Continuously improve processes, eliminating silos and elevating the standard of our global output.
Who You Are
You are a decisive problem‑solver with strong negotiation skills, able to perform in high‑pressure environments and align diverse stakeholders.
Your Background
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required).
* Experience: 8+ years in engineering or project management (preferred).
* Technical depth in at least one engineering discipline (e.g., analog, digital, mechanical, software or PCB).
* Extensive knowledge of product development and realization processes.
* Strong team‑building skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams through demanding schedules.
