Position Details
* Job Title: Chef Manager
* School Location: Harris Academy St Johns Wood
* Working Days: Monday to Friday
* Shifts & Working hours: 6.30am-3.30pm (45 hours per week)
* Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)
* Pay Details: £38,000 per year
* Benefits: Bonus up to 10% of salary (Company discretion); Free meals on shift; IFG uniform; Company pension and other great IFG benefits
Responsibilities
* Head up the kitchen team, ensuring service runs smoothly and all due diligence is adhered to.
* Cook using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, manage kitchen operations.
* Liaise directly with onsite clients.
Qualifications
* Experienced Chef Manager with people management skills.
* Proficient in cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients at volume.
* Knowledge of food safety and due diligence.
