Spencelooker Recruitment are representing a leading national firm of Chartered Surveyors in their search for an ambitious Rating Director. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Rating Surveyor at Associate Director or Director level to step into a high-impact leadership role and shape a first-class Rating team within a business experiencing strong regional and national growth.
The Opportunity
You will lead and develop a talented Rating team while delivering expert advice across an impressive client base, including PLCs and major landlord portfolios across multiple sectors. This position provides real scope to influence team development, drive commercial performance, and progress your own career within a top 10 national property consultancy.
What We’re Looking For
* MRICS qualified with circa 10 years’ rating experience
* Strong technical capability with a proven track record in business generation
* Experience working within an established Rating team
* Natural leadership skills and the ambition to build and mentor a high-performing team
