We are looking for someone with 12 months plus experience in residential or commercial property sales to work and train alongside an experienced Business and Property Broker within the care sector. Based from the Winchester office, you will be learning how to list and sell properties suitable for the care sector.

What you will be doing
You will assist in the full life cycle of a business and property with the care sector, from generating initial leads to conducting viewings, processing instructions, and managing on going deals. This means you will have full exposure to clients, their business for sale and potential buyers.
You will work as part of a high performing team who broker the sale and purchase of care homes throughout the UK
You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and provide them with information on current listings
You will assist with business generation initiatives which include networking events, marketing campaigns and more
Help prepare selling information and prepare marketing materials
Attend client meetings and valuations and assist with any preparations
Conduct accompanied viewings
Be the go-to person for the Senior Broker and assist them with achieving revenue targets
What you will have
At least 12 months experience working in residential or commercial property sales is preferred
At least two years’ experience working in client facing sales also considered
Experienced with building relationships in person and over the phone
Naturally motivated to a high achiever and prepared to learn
Good experience with using Microsoft office
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
