The Role
We are seeking an experienced multi-skilled Carpenter with social housing or local authority experience. You will perform carpentry and trade repairs, ensuring high-quality, first-time-right, cost-effective building services for our customers.
Applicants must have relevant trade skills, NVQ2 or equivalent qualification, and extensive trade experience, particularly within social housing. You should work in accordance with legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, and safety protocols, minimizing property damage.

We conduct a DBS background check upon offer, with ongoing updates every three years, paid for by us. Salary reviews occur annually, but the posted salary may change in 2025. We do not currently sponsor visas.
