We are growing fast and need a results-driven Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to help scale our business.

Anglo Recycling Company operates in the circular economy by re-using and re-homing over 10,000 tons of reusable goods and items each year. We are market leaders in circular economy distribution from households with a surplus of reusable goods to households all over the world that need them. We are an innovative company focused on making recycling more accessible and effortless.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Growth
1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, print).
2. Manage an ongoing social media schedule and boost engagement across platforms.
3. Lead SEO strategies to drive more bookings and improve online visibility.
4. Oversee content creation, including blog posts, web pages, and marketing materials.
Operations & Customer Success
1. Oversee customer interactions across email, phone, and social media.
2. Monitor and respond to Google & Trustpilot reviews to enhance our reputation.
3. Manage and optimize daily bookings & postcode allocations for maximum efficiency.
4. Work closely with warehouse managers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics.
Leadership & Collaboration
1. Line-manage and mentor the Marketing & Operations Assistant.
2. Collaborate with charities, councils, and partners to expand outreach and impact.
3. Provide ongoing training and development for marketing and operational growth.
Who We’re Looking For
1. Experience in marketing & operations (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or recycling industries).
2. Strong SEO, social media, and digital marketing expertise.
3. Ability to manage customer communications & operational workflows.
4. Excellent leadership skills—experience managing teams & stakeholders.
5. Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
