Requirements
Must have:
- The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance. - Proficient in implementing and configuring SCOM to monitor and manage IT infrastructure. - Experience in developing custom management packs to address specific business requirements and enhance monitoring capabilities. - Ability to collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and other build team members to integrate SCOM with other management tools and systems. - Experience in providing technical guidance and training to team members on SCOM best practices. - Knowledge in monitoring the performance of systems and services, and configuring and securing networks including LAN and WAN across public networks and virtual private networks. - Experience in monitoring, patching, and administering Windows operating systems. - Capability to work on L2 and L3 incidents and provide updates on incident progress. - Familiarity with Active Directory.
