We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Client Accounts Assistant in our Ramsgate office. The salary package on offer is up to £26,000.
Responsibilities
* Process rental payments and reconcile daily bank transactions.
* Ensure timely distribution of landlord payments and statements.
* Chase overdue rental payments and assist with managing arrears.
* Handle contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and authorisation before payment.
* Representing our business to a high standard when contacted by both internal and external customers
* Work closely with the lettings and property management teams to resolve account queries
* Provide administrative support to the accounts team as required.
What we're looking for
* This is a fast-paced role with a high volume of work, so we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities effectively
* You will need to be organised, methodical and efficient
* IT literate including experience of Microsoft Office programmes
* Excellent time management and high level of accuracy when producing documentation
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and written.
