As an Asset Surveyor (EPC Focus), you'll build your expertise, expand your skills, and play a key role in improving the quality and performance of the homes we manage.
About the role
This is a hands-on, varied role within a small, supportive Asset team, where no two days are the same.You'll carry out EPC surveys and support stock condition work, ensuring high-quality data that drives investment in our homes.

You'll bring:
* Knowledge of buildings, construction or property maintenance, gained through practical experience, education, or a related role.
* An understanding of common building defects and how properties perform, including an interest in energy efficiency.
* Experience of (or willingness to learn) property inspections, surveys or site-based work.
* The ability to capture and manage data accurately, with strong attention to detail - recognising the importance of data integrity in supporting accurate decision-making.
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
