We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support and enhance our People Operations (HR) function. In this role, you will assist with administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and help ensure our employee experience is seamless, efficient, and positive. You will often be the first point of contact for the People Team and provide high-quality, customer-focused HR support while continuously influencing positive improvements across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process operational tasks such as creating contracts of employment, managing background checks, referencing, and probation processes in line with SLAs.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems promptly.
3. Manage the Sostenuto (SOS) call management system, ensuring calls and queries are logged, responded to, and audit trails are maintained with high data integrity.
4. Escalate queries as necessary via the SOS system, ensuring accurate reflection of the query to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and update the probation tracker regularly, following up with managers on reviews, completions, or extensions.
Your Experience/Skills:
1. Effective prioritisation and multitasking skills, with strong organisation abilities.
2. Experience in an HR environment or a keen interest in starting a career in HR.
3. Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices is desirable.
