This is a hands-on role working in occupied and void homes, completing safe gas isolations, first and second fix works, safety checks, and associated wet plumbing tasks.
Youll be joining a reliable property services contractor delivering planned kitchen refurbishments across local housing stock. This role would suit a Gas Engineer who is confident working to programme deadlines, completing compliant work, and supporting wider refurbishment teams on site.

As a Gas Engineer, you will be:

4. Carrying out second fix gas works, including appliance reconnection or installation where required
5. Completing Gas Safe checks after rip-out and again at completion
