What the Job Role Entails As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring outstanding service from start to finish. Your role will involve: Managing the full policy lifecycle from new business to renewal Advising clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs Negotiating terms and premiums with insurers to secure the best outcomes Responding to client queries, handling mid-term adjustments and claims Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless service Staying informed on industry updates and sharing insights with clientsThis role offers the flexibility of both full-time and part-time hours, with no weekend work.
