Team
The Acquisition Tech team focuses on acquiring new customers through various channels and technologies. You’ll be responsible for driving growth through data engineering and tooling.
Role
* Drive growth through data engineering and tooling.
* Work with marketing and sales teams to attract new customers.
* Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations, including unsubscribes and vulnerable person guidelines.
* Work on diverse projects requiring strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
* Tasks include feature engineering for machine learning models or data validation, integrating with external APIs, developing internal tools, creating REST APIs, and managing databases.
Qualifications
* Python software engineering experience.
* SQL experience.
* Comfortable working in an unstructured, dynamic, and autonomous environment.
Desired Additional Skills
* Mastery of SQL, SQLAlchemy, scikit‑learn, pandas, and PostgreSQL.
* Experience designing, building, and managing relational databases.
* Strong numerate background (maths, physics, comp‑science, engineering, etc.).
* DevOps exposure (containerization, CI/CD).
Salary
£50,000 – £80,000, open to negotiation based on experience and skill set.
