Regional & Key Account Manager (North) Premium Home Accessories Are you a commercially sharp sales professional ready to step up into national accounts but want the mentoring, and credibility to do it properly? As part of their next phase of growth, they are creating an exciting new role that blends regional account management with high-impact new business development and offers a clear path into a National Account Manager position within 1824 months. The Role This is a newly created opportunity, born from both growth and succession planning. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager, youll split your time between: Regional Account Management (c.50%) Managing and growing a portfolio of established independent & regional customers across the North Total account value of just over £1m, with strong existing relationships in place Identifying opportunities to increase range, margin, and long-term partnerships Key / National Account Development (c.50%) Targeted new business development with major retail and national accounts Focus on household names such as Next, Argos, Boots, Robert Dyas and similar Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager on strategy, pitches, and negotiations Building the foundations for long-term, scalable national partnerships Career Progression This role is designed to evolve. Over the next 1824 months, youll: Transition away from smaller regional accounts Take ownership of larger, more complex national customers Develop into a fully fledged National Account Manager, with the title, responsibility, and influence to match If youre ambitious, commercially curious, and ready for the next step this role is built for you.
