Your new role
This role promotes autonomy. As a Tax Manager, you will be at the forefront of client engagement and winning over new clients for the firm. You will be working in a team and managing junior level staff to achieve the overall goals of the organisation. You will have experience advising clients on tax-related matters to maximise tax efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
1. AAT/CTA Qualified (or other relevant qualifications)
2. Experience working at managerial positions in practice firms
3. Proven track record of winning new clients
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Experience managing and coaching juniors
6. Experience marketing your firm to potential clients
