Chief Executive Officer (Maternity Leave)
We are seeking a compassionate, strategic, and results-driven interim CEO to lead the charity through a critical period of growth and transition. The role involves overseeing all operational and strategic activities, enhancing financial sustainability through fundraising and partnerships, and working closely with the Board of Trustees, NHS leaders, and government stakeholders to advocate for lasting systemic change. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping our long-term strategy and expanding our public profile.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior leader with a strong background in stakeholder management, fundraising, and strategy development—particularly within health, charity, or advocacy sectors. You will bring excellent communication skills, a track record of building inclusive and high-performing teams, and a passion for improving mental health in healthcare.
