JDI Legal are currently working with an established and friendly high street firm who operate from modern spacious offices in North Tyneside as they are recruiting for a legal assistant/secretary to work in their private client team.
This is a full time and permanent role working 9-5pm and will involve supporting 2 fee earner/solicitors in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team.
Candidates MUST have a strong administrative background in law or currently working as a legal assistant are encouraged to apply.
The day to day role will involve diary management, matching post to the correct matter/file, possess accurate typing skills, familiar with preparing correspondence and documents with accuracy and have good communication skills to liaise with clients, Probate Registry and third parties..
