Job Title: School Catering Area Support Manager
Location: Birmingham (travel across multiple sites required)
Salary: £26,264.52 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Term Time + 4 Weeks
Hours: 37.5 per week
Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties
* Cover and manage kitchens during staff absence
* Lead teams and ensure service and safety standards
* Train and support catering staff and managers
* Handle audits, paperwork, and stock management
* Build positive client relationships
* Support occasional weekend events (B&I)
Requirements
* Strong catering and leadership background
* Ability to bake, cook, and lead hands‑on
* Excellent organisational and people skills
* Flexibility to travel and adapt to different environments
* Full UK driving licence and vehicle
