Your Role as an Embedded Technician at Meesons
As an Embedded Technician with us at Meesons, you will be embedded on a client site to provide technical support for service, fault, and warranty issues. Your responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance, warranty and fault rectification on the client site, overseeing and reporting on critical spare levels, and ensuring all stock used is properly documented.
It is essential that you demonstrate good discipline, personal organization, enthusiasm for product and process quality, and embody Meesons' company values. We believe our people drive our success, and in this role, you should be personable, discreet, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled maintenance routines to maintain product standards and minimize downtime.
* Provide service support, including occasional out-of-hours visits, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Report directly to Meesons head office, following onsite reporting protocols.
* Carry out additional duties as reasonably required.
* Previous experience in Access Control, Turnstiles, and Automatic Doors is desirable.
* Security clearance at DV level is required or must be obtainable.
* Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
* Use IT systems relevant to the role competently.
* Demonstrate high attention to detail and logical fault-finding skills.
* Work well independently and as part of a team.
Due to the nature of our work, the successful candidate will be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to at least SC level.
