Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and busy BSPS Finance Team. The post holder will support the Business Support Accountant and collaborate closely with a professional team, including a Senior Finance Analyst and a Deputy Business Support Accountant. This role involves working directly with specialty leads and other departments to ensure robust and accurate financial management and reporting at all times. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity, providing insightful analysis, and supporting effective decision-making across the organisation. Main duties of the job We are seeking a progressive and motivated Finance Analyst who will support our strategic objectives and drive excellence within our financial services. The successful candidate will be expected to: Provide high-quality financial analysis to support decision-making and service improvement. Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets and financial plans. Interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly to clinical and operational teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best financial practice. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure accurate, timely financial information. Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
