Your Role at Prestige - Field Care Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated and confident care professional with proven supervisory experience and a flexible, can-do attitude. You will work closely with the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and the Branch Manager to ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred domiciliary care in line with all legislative and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments for new clients/service users
Support quality assurance systems in collaboration with the Field Care Manager or Branch Manager
Carry out regular supervision meetings with care workers, recording outcomes in line with policy
Assist with staff training and development to meet evolving client needs
Participate in the on-call rota to maintain continuity of service
Promote and uphold equal opportunities and health & safety standards
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience supervising care staff in a health or social care setting
Excellent communication and assessment skills
Able to prioritise tasks, work independently and manage time effectively
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable
