Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Education Recruitment Consultant located in West Bridgford. The consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. They will work closely with schools to understand their staffing needs, build strong relationships with educators, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves a mix of office and remote work, providing flexibility in your day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate screening - ideally in education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* Knowledge and understanding of the education sector, specifically in secondary schools and post-16 colleges
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
* Proactive and results-oriented mindset
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Human Resources, or related field
