Medlock Partners are proud to be partnering with a global business in identifying a passionate Senior HR Business Partner to support their business in the West Midlands.
If you’re a strong, strategic Senior HR Business Partner, passionate about partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, operational environment then I’d be keen to hear from you. This is a senior, autonomous role focused on workforce strategy, organisational design, transformation, and culture across complex manufacturing and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:
* Partner with site leadership on people strategy aligned to operational and commercial goals
* Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
* Drive change management, restructuring, and culture programmes
* Support talent, succession, performance, and leadership development
* Lead complex ER/IR matters and ensure employment law compliance
* Contribute to productivity, workforce efficiency, and operational improvement initiatives
Key requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner:
* CIPD Level 7 + Chartered FCIPD essential
* Significant Senior HRBP / strategic HR leadership experience
* Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or critical operations environments
* Strong experience in organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation
* Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced, matrix organisations
