What you will do:
* Participate in the backlog project, focusing on moving and handling, adaptations, and equipment management.
* Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for adaptations and equipment needs.

* Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of the care and support provided.
