Responsibilities
* Handling customs clearances accurately and timely.
* Liaising with internal teams (both UK and international) & external suppliers to ensure on time delivery to customers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipping documents, invoices and related paperwork.
* Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they have the up-to-date status of all movements.
* -Invoicing in a timely and precise manner, including processing purchase invoices and immediate payments.
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
* Ensuring admin tasks are kept up to date.
