Responsibilities
* Building Relationships: Develop strong, profitable connections with customers and suppliers, while motivating your team to deliver exceptional service.
* Branch Operations: Oversee everything from layout to safety, storage, and product accessibility, ensuring the branch is always well-organized and operational.
* Sales & Financials: Manage sales, margins, and overheads, ensuring targets are exceeded and financial performance is strong.
