Key Skills:
* Proactively generate and attract high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing strategies
* Conduct engaging and structured telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability
* Perform thorough candidate qualification to ensure alignment with role requirements and client expectations
* Manage and respond to advert applications efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback
* Source candidates using a wide range of tools and technologies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within their CRM system ensuring data is well-organised and correctly coded
* Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and progress for all assigned roles
Requirements:
* Prior experience in recruitment, B2B sales, telesales, retail within a sales environment.
* Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
* Energetic and positive approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* A commitment to learning and becoming a sector expert.
